What counts as a deal?: A signed purchase agreement opened that month. Listings without a contract don't count.
Can I run it beside what I use now?: Yes. Escrowbird runs beside Paperless Pipeline, SkySlope or a Google Doc, with nothing to migrate. While you try it, the launch offer is $49 a month for up to 3 months.
Do you train AI on my data?: No. Your deals, documents and email are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
Who reads my email?: Escrowbird reads deal mail: the messages and attachments about a deal you have open. It skips everything else and doesn't store it. No person at Escrowbird reads your mail without your permission.
Does it send anything on its own?: Never. Escrowbird drafts each client update and an agent approves it before it goes. It never sends or deletes anything in your inbox.
